Full amount is needed to secure your booking and date. No photography will take place unless the full amount has been paid to Elsabe Potgieter Photography.
Upon payment received, Elsabe Potgieter Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, amount paid is non-refundable, even if the photo session is cancelled for any reason; including acts of God, strike and/or extreme weather.
I might put the images on my Facebook & Instagram page for advertising purposes if it suits my branding and style. Please let me know should you prefer that I do not post your images on social media.
Kindly no other Photographer allowed during our photo session. You are however allowed to take behind the scenes cellphone photos.
Travelling time in between locations are included in time set out for the session. For this reason I suggest selecting one shoot location to avoid wasting valuable photo time due to travelling in between various locations.
I do not give any RAW/unedited images.
Sneak peak images will be available to view in a couple of days.
Editing takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the season I photography your session.
Should you require images in less than 3 weeks, a rush fee is payable.
No images taken by Elsabe Potgieter Photography may be further altered or edited in any way.
